Christmas Idiom

Hi everyone,

Last Saturday I went to Boulogne, France for some Christmas inspiration. I was finishing the Christmas edition of INSPIRATIONAL ENGLISH so I found the Christmas atmosphere there fascinating.

Once on the ferry Dover- Calais, I couldn't miss the beautiful view of the White Cliffs of Dover. Luckily they hadn't lost their charm in the misty morning. But what drew my attention was a sign inside:

This is how I came up with the idea for this festive idiom:

"DON'T GET YOUR TINSEL IN A TANGLE"

meaning:

not to become confused, worried or annoyed about something

Don't forget that you can get lots of Christmas resources in the current Issue of INSPIRATIONAL ENGLISH ( Issue 32). Find more info about the Christmas issue here.
