Some Exciting News
Happy World Book Day!
Have you read a book that's changed your outlook on life? I have quite a few. I think that Robin Sharma's "The monk who sold his Ferrari" must be one of the top three.
I have to admit that I am one of these people who read a couple of books at the same time.. But I am impressed with a book that I got on Wednesday and I can't wait to use it with my students. It is "A-Z of Hope". It is a collection of 26 fun activities for kids. The book is a crowd-sourced initiative and all proceeds from its sale will go to support education projects in safe learning spaces, refugee camps and mobile teaching units. You can find more information about the book here.
"A-Z of Hope" consists of 26 printables that you can use with your students. Some of the topics are : Heroes, Imagining a better world, On Planet Hope... Topics that any inspiring teacher would like to include in their classes.
However, only in March Heart ELT is giving you the chance to WIN an exclusive copy of "A-Z of Hope". What you need to do is simply get your class to design a poster which incorporates
5 things that we can do in our everyday lives to make people happy.
Here's the details:
Don't forget the deadline is 18th March, 2017
